That’s what you’ll find in Angelica. Mixing modern day architecture and a pewter bar with a bright and airy design they act as one of the best cocktail destinations in Leeds."
"Grab a seat on Angelica’s terrace and enjoy a luxurious brunch or two-course lunch with bottomless prosecco for £28.95pp. It’s available every Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm, so you literally have all day. No need to wake up early if you don’t fancy it!"
"Housed in a former textile mill, Headrow House has been transformed into a vibrant food and drink destination with three floors and two impressive rooftop terraces. The Redondo Beach cocktail bar boasts a variety of original concoctions to try and leads out onto a large outdoor space which features a kitchen and bar. On the floor above sits Kennedy Meadows, a terraced area overlooking the Victoria Quarter, Kirkgate Market and Victoria Gate."
"There’s not one, but two roof terraces to choose from at Headrow House. They’re both massive, so you’ll never struggle to socially distance. The upper terrace, Kennedy Meadows, offers incredible views across the city’s rooftops, while the lower terrace has plenty of cosy corners to settle down in."
"Headrow House has one of the biggest outdoor terraces in Leeds, set over two floors. It offers stunning views over the rooftops of the city."
"What: It may not have the biggest outdoor area around but legendary Leeds boozer The Reliance does have a few tables out front which can be booked in advance. Food here comes in the form of small international plates such as duck ragu papardelle, mussels, and asparagus with a poached egg. We suggest getting a selection of dishes to share with the whole table while soaking up some rare Leeds sunchine (if you're lucky with the weather that is).Where: 76-78 North Street, LS2 7PN"
"You'll find a lot to tempt you on the menu at The Reliance, but it's the pig's cheek that I just can't resist every time. Served up with celeriac, black pudding and apple, in their cosy dining room, this dish will make you want to move in. They also cure all their own charcuterie, just as an FYI."
"Modern British dishes and homemade charcuterie in a relaxed dining room and pub, with craft beers. The seasonal menu is split into smaller and bigger plates. The specials push the envelope a little more, emphasising the ‘modern’ in modern British cooking."
"This diminutive bar trading in the shadow of York Minster has long been a favourite of craft beer aficionados with its virtually unrivalled selection of draught European beers; a good selection of bottled beers and a cornucopia of delights when it comes to wines and premium and rare spirits. It also does a very healthy trade in Champagne and prosecco. The building itself as you would expect from the locale is listed – virtually every building is in the street – and dates back to the 15th century and substantial remains of the timber-frame are visible throughout the building."
"A pub might not be the first place that springs to mind when you’re trying to find somewhere to go for bottomless brunch, but actually, Tank & Paddle do one of the best in the business!. For £28 per person, you get two whole hours of bottomless booze, as well as a tasty brunch dish from their menu. Combining pubs and bottomless brunch is basically combining two of the things Britain does best, so you can be sure it’ll be a banger."
"Homed in a former merchants building in the heart of York, The Tank and Paddle is a cool vintage styled craft beer joint. While retaining the original industrial charm of the building we have created a new balcony that is a real sun trap for those summer days and nights. “We have a range of 3 different gin masterclasses available for you to pre-book."
"We have cheated a little with this entry as Trinity Kitchen isn’t technically just one place. Located on the upper floor of the Trinity shopping complex, the Kitchen is a hotbed of street food pizazz and a blend of different cultures and flavours. Along with a few regular stalls, most of the vendors here come and go on a cyclical basis, ensuring there is always something new to get your teeth into."

"For those who live in Horsforth, it's no secret that this place becomes swamped in the summer months and it's got a bit of everything. If you fancy burning off a few calories then the Trim Trail is one of the best around and it's also plenty big enough for a quick game of cricket or football, but the highlight is undoubtedly the stunning Japanese Garden."

"Boasting the largest collection of tropical plants outside Kew Gardens, Tropical World is also popular for its adorable meerkats, terrapins, turtles, tropical birds and butterflies (which are free to flutter around the attraction). As the name suggests, the tropical origins of its inhabitants mean the attraction is kept warm and humid - but you soon adapt to the balmy setting. Tropical World, Princes Avenue, Roundhay LS8 1DF (within Roundhay Park)."
"Finally, this indoor attraction is home to one of the largest collections of tropical plants anywhere in the UK, and a whole host of exotic creatures including crocodiles, butterflies, piranhas, and meerkats. "It’s a pity the food they served didn’t match the staffs standards. It was diabolical , utterly tasteless and overpriced swill . 20/05/2021: The service was outstanding, however the main course was cold I sat a watched them left on the side for at least 10 minuets."
