"23/05/2021: Delivery should have been here for 10:05pm rang at 10:30 and was told “Brampton lane” which doesn’t exist was “closed” so they had to go the long way round!. Rang again at 10:50 to be told where I live is a long way out it’s a 10/15 minute drive.... driver finally turned up 10 minutes later with stone cold food and told me they only gave him the food 7 minutes ago and two drivers had accidents!"
